These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Koramelixu website and to every order you place through it. The website is operated by Idunia UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Aachen. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Using Our Website

Product Information
We aim to describe our cosmetics, skincare, body care and beauty accessories as accurately as possible. Colours, shades and textures may look slightly different on your screen than in person, and packaging designs may change from time to time without affecting the product itself. Before ordering, please read the product details carefully, including the ingredient list, contents, application instructions, shelf life after opening and any warnings. If you have sensitive skin or known allergies, please check the ingredients carefully and carry out a patch test before first use. Please always follow the usage and safety instructions supplied with each product, avoid contact with eyes unless the product is intended for that area, and stop using a product if irritation occurs. Our products are cosmetics and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any medical condition. Items shown together with a product in photos are sold separately unless stated otherwise. Availability may change without notice, and we reserve the right to correct errors in prices or product descriptions at any time.
Orders, Prices and Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline. We may cancel an order in cases of limited stock, pricing errors, technical issues or suspected fraud. If this happens, any payment already made will be refunded in full. The price displayed at the time of your order applies, VAT is shown at checkout, and orders are shipped only after full payment has been received.
Shipping, Returns and Refunds
Delivery times and shipping costs are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Refund and Returns Policy and applicable German and EU consumer law. Returned items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging wherever possible. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed cosmetic products cannot be returned once the seal has been removed after delivery, as permitted by law. Products that show signs of use beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function may be subject to a deduction in value as permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights, including your right of withdrawal and your warranty rights.
Intellectual Property and Customer Content
All content on our website, including texts, images, logos and designs, belongs to Idunia UG or its licensors and may not be used for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you send us a review, photo or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use it for marketing purposes and confirm that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Our website may rely on third-party services such as payment providers and shipping partners, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Limitation of Liability
We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. In cases of slight negligence, our liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract. We are not liable for damage or reactions resulting from use of a product contrary to its instructions, warnings or intended purpose, from failing to observe a listed ingredient you are known to be sensitive to, or for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. These Terms are governed by German law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of your EU country of residence.
